I want to take a moment to thank Heather from "Photography by Heather". I randomly emailed her one day to inquire about starting up a photography business. I wasn't sure if she would reply as we've never met. I can't tell you how helpful she has been. She gave me all kinds of advice about pricing, developing, photography techniques, etc. She has made the process of taking my passion for photography to another level much easier than I anticipated. Winter Fun

Outdoor pictures are the best as far as I'm concerned. I took this picture of my nephews Dawson & Kael on the day that their "Pops" gave them a skidoo. I'm missing them too....

Missing My Nephew

A few weeks back I was able to spend several days with my sister, her husband and her adorable son Reese (my nephew). I managed to capture some really nice pictures of them outside enjoying the crisp, bright winter. I was looking through my pictures and realized I'm missing them. I hope to see them again very soon. You can never have too many pictures! Happy clicking.....

New Venture...

Well, I've taken the plunge and actually decided to proceed with starting my own photography business. For years I've been told by friends and family to do this, and I guess it's time. I am nervous about it, not because I don't feel I have the capability to do it, but more nervous about disappointing people. I hve nothing to lose though so I'm going to proceed and do the very best I can. Here's hoping it's a success!!

Cam The Man

Spent the afternoon taking pictures of the sweetest little boy. His name was Cam and he was adorable and so good. He sure loved looking at his Mommy and I tried to capture the sweetness of this little guy. He is a cutey! He has an adorable big sister too - maybe someday she'll let me take pictures of her. She was more interested in my Barbies than my camera!

My First Newborn....

On March 29th I did my first "newborn" photo shoot with a sweet little girl named Marae. She was only a month old and slept through most of the shoot. She then woke up and we captured some awesome close-up shots. Loved spending the afternoon with this little sweety! This little girl has stolen my heart......
