Catch up time....

Well, I had a great time on the weekend meeting Scarlet, a sweet little two-week old newborn. I managed to capture some lovely shots of her with her very proud parents. We couldn't capture very many "sleepy baby" pictures because she wanted to be awake, but we did manage to get some very adorable pictures. I'll post some soon, when I get caught up!

As well, the same day, I did a 50th anniversary for a lovely couple and their family at the Manitoba Club in Winnipeg. I took a tonne of pictures of of this lively bunch and hope to post a few soon.

Get out in the Canola Fields

I took these of my boys as we were out driving. I should have planned better as the lighting was off and the boys weren't in the "mood" so to speak, but regardless, they turned out quite nice. If you've got a canola field nearby, make use of the beautiful colours and start taking pictures. It's a great backdrop for photos!

Busy Day!

Tomorrow I get to take pictures of my youngest newborn so far. Her name is Scarlet and she's only about two weeks old. I'm looking forward to trying all kinds of cute shots with her and her parents. After that session, I head over to another location to do a 50th Anniversary Family Photo. It will be a busy day, but a learning experience for me and I'm looking very forward to it all!
