"Dude"

Well, the weather was a bit cool today so the only thing I could think of doing was to pack up the boys and do our back to school shopping. We headed to Yorkton and shopped the day away. Danny had saved up his birthday money for an IPod Touch so he was pretty excited when we counted the money and realized he had enough to buy one. First stop was Wal-Mart so he could buy it. He was pretty pumped - biggest purchase he has ever made. Now he and I are sitting here trying to figure out how to use it! LOL!!

One of Dylan's wishes was DC shoes. He has been saving up for a pair of these shoes for months. So, we found this place called Retro Kids and they had four pairs of DC shoes left - luckily Dylan found a pair that fit him. Does he ever think he's cool!!

Anyhow, we managed to get all our "back to school" clothes purchased and did some fun shopping as well. Dylan was pretty pumped to put on some of his new duds, his new hat and his new shoes when we got back. I had no problem having him pose for a few quick pictures tonight.

PS - after he ran around on the road he had to come in and "polish his shoes" LOL!!
